It is with great pride and gratitude that I present the work of Usha Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. Over the years our organisation has remained committed to empowering marginalised communities, particularly women in sex work, by strengthening access to healthcare, social protection and community leadership.
Guided by the principles of dignity, rights and collective empowerment, we have continued to work closely with community members on health awareness, tuberculosis prevention and care, sexual and reproductive health, and access to social entitlements. Through sensitisation, leadership training and capacity building we strive to ensure that community members are not only beneficiaries but active leaders in shaping their own future.
As we look ahead we remain committed to strengthening community-led initiatives, advocating for rights and dignity, and building a more inclusive society where every individual has the opportunity to live a healthy and secure life.
